Unless notified otherwise, Regular Board Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month with the Annual Meeting being held on the second Wednesday of February. Said Meetings commence at 4:30 p.m. and are held at the Housing Authority, 511 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34950.
Board Meetings are open to the public and will be conducted using communications media technology.

The public is welcome to speak during the public forum and time limits will apply. Speakers must register prior to the public forum. The registration form is available at the entrance of the meeting room or via our website: www.hacfp.org.

The purpose of the meetings is to conduct business as the board deems necessary. The board meeting packets will be available in advance and during the meeting by visiting our website: www.hacfp.org.
All proceedings before the board are electronically recorded. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the board at a meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings be made, which will include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be asked.
