Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapter 287.055, The Fort Pierce Housing Authority (Housing Authority of the City of Fort Pierce: FPHA) invites qualified firms to request and submit a Request for Qualifications relating to Professional Architectural/Engineering Services.  FPHA is seeking general services architectural firms.  This is an indefinite quantity contract solicitation not to exceed $250,000 annually, whereby the FPHA intends to select a qualified firm to provide architectural/engineering services on an as-needed basis for a term of 2 years with 3 one year renewal options.  The firm awarded this architectural/engineering services contract will primarily provide general architectural services for FPHA’s construction and renovation projects.

Buell Brown (BBC) Renovation Construction Manager at Risk

Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapter 287.055, The Fort Pierce Housing Authority (Housing Authority of the City of Fort Pierce: FPHA) invites qualified contractors to request and submit a Request for Proposal relating to Construction Manager at Risk Services.  FPHA is seeking qualified general contractors or companies for serve as Construction Manager at Risk for the BBC Renovations.  This is a Guaranteed Maximum Price project. The selected CMR will be required to assume total responsibility and liability for all services offered in its proposal. The selected CMR will be considered the prime contractor and shall be the sole point of contact with regard to all contractual matters. The CMR is expected to work with the Owner and Architect to plan and implement the project. Proposed Budget 3.5M-5M
